Since 1979, we have grown our family business to encompass 3 nationwide bathroom distribution sites, and 3 luxury manufacturing sites. We own our own vans and employ our own drivers to ensure that every stage of the distribution process meets the meticulous standards we set ourselves – that each stage reflects the high quality of our product range. While we strive to satisfy our customers’ every bathroom request under one roof, our goal is not to do business with everybody who supplies what we need, but rather to do business with people who believe what we believe.
Quality is at the forefront of our values. Our focus is on manufacturing and distributing bathrooms that will last a lifetime, and that will reflect pride and attention to detail, whilst withstanding relentless everyday use. We achieve this by ensuring that all manufacturers we partner with hold our same values for quality over quantity. Our suppliers and our own manufacturing businesses do not take shortcuts but rather place precedence on specifically sourced materials, craftsmanship, and handmade product.
We believe that like us, people will demand more than the industry standard, want to understand the legitimacy of design and justify the existence of some of these products. We seek innovation in both functionality and aesthetics, making the bathroom experience as attractive and pampering as it is practical. More than ever, people are concerned with the personalisation of their homes, wanting product to reflect their unique attributes. With countless bespoke options and designer-led ranges in our portfolio, we satisfy this market comfortably. Amongst other things, it is essential that those brands we distribute share our passion for beautiful and inventive design.
Davroc is a family run business experiencing continued growth. Our people are our strength - we demonstrate strong traditional family values and it is important to us to continue to promote our values despite being a growing company. When referring to ‘family values’, we mean that we strive to offer our customers and employees support, growth, solidarity and respect. We want our customers to feel that they can rely on us, and to have confidence that we will do our utmost to fulfil their requirements. The fact that we are an independent business creates a shared understanding with most of our customers, where focus must be on quality product, attention to detail, and service.
In line with our family values, we strive to show our customers appreciation for their loyalty and custom through world-class service. We invest a lot of time into training, streamlining distribution processes, and ensuring that we always hold optimal stock levels. Our in-house training manager provides all members of the sales force with extensive product training to ensure that their knowledge is second to none. As a result, customers can expect an efficient, seamless experience with us where aftersales – if ever needed- are handled just as effectively, as our team constantly endeavour to surpass the industry standard.
